Refund Process
- Once we receive your return in its original condition, we’ll process a refund for the product cost (excluding shipping fees).
- Refunds may take up to 14 days to process.
Changes or Cancellations
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can help with cancellations or changes.
- Once processed, you’ll need to follow the return process for a refund.
- Note: Postage costs are non-refundable.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
- Delivery takes 3-4 working days.
- If no one is home, the courier will leave a note to reschedule delivery.
For UK Orders:
- Use Evri or Royal Mail 2nd Class for packages under 1kg.
- Approximate cost: £2.99.
- Always request a proof of postage.
- Pack items securely, as your goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
